Amware Fulfillment added 22 new customers in 2021 to increase the company’s total D2C order volume by 35%. Most customers will use Amware for both warehouse-based pick and pack services, as well as management of parcel shipping.
New customers include direct selling companies and online retailers that sell wellness products, nutritional supplements, and consumer goods.
According to Amware CEO, Harry Drajpuch, the surge in online buying in the last two years has created great sales opportunities for brands, but also operational challenges.
