Specialized hazardous chemical storage facilities that comply with all applicable NFPA standards including NFPA 30, the standard for the storage of Flammable Liquids, and appropriate NFPA; FM, BOCA, and local fire standards.

High density sprinkler including remote booster pumps, and looped feeder lines. Capacity is 0.68 over 3,000 sq.ft.
Incompatible materials are not mingled; separated by four-hour firewalls and automatic Fire doors.
Automatically activated catchment to contain all effluent; includes electronically controlled gate valves, which seal the containment area in the event of a liquid flow or spill. Effluent then can be tested, treated, or disposed of before it is allowed to enter the watershed.
Specialized equipment including "EE" and "LPS" forklifts.
